At each appointment, I track clients’ depression and anxiety symptoms to identify when treatment is working and to personalize treatment for each individual person. In addition to my clinical practice, I am involved in scientific research partnerships to demonstrate the widespread benefit of psychotherapy for adults’ mental health. The graphs below represent the average improvement in depression and anxiety symptoms for clients seen by me since 2019. All clients (N=44) gave written informed consent to allow me to use their data in aggregate in a manner that cannot identify individual people to demonstrate treatment effectiveness over time. Please note that, to preserve clients’ confidentiality, the graphs below represent average change that may not reflect a given person and does not guarantee the outcome for any given person.
