I am a psychologist in Ontario (interim autonomous practice), Alberta, and North Carolina (licensed psychological associate). I received a master’s degree in counselling psychology from the University of Alberta and a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science from McGill University. I have worked in outpatient, inpatient, private practice, residential, forensic, and university settings.
Clinically, I integrate cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and motivational interviewing to treat a wide range of psychological conditions including depression, anxiety, overwhelming emotions, eating disorders, interpersonal problems, and high-risk or dangerous behaviours (e.g., self-harm).
I am accepting new clients for in-person (Windsor, Ontario) and online appointments (Alberta and Ontario).
